[Click Here] To register on line for this years Zombie Runs race participants are encouraged to use on line registration. Bib pickup and Last Chance Registration is Thursday, October 13 at Skinny Raven Sports downtown location from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Registration fees for this years races:
Marathon: $30 early. $35 late.
Half Marathon: $25 early, $30 late.
Kids Boogie Man 2K. Free.
Early registration ends at midnight October 12.
Course Details
Zombie Half Marathon. Start is at Goose Lake, run west along the Chester Creek Trail to Westchester Lagoon. At the lagoon head west alongTony Knowles Coastal Trail. The finish line is at the Kincaid Chalet.
Zombie Marathon. The race starts at the Kincaid Chalet @ 8:00 a.m. Race course proceeds along the coastal trail to Westchester Lagoon, from the lagoon head east along the Chester Creek Trail to Goose Lake Park. The turn around is a Goose Lake. Reverse course and head back to the Kincaid Chalet. We recommend that every runner have a headlamp and carry their own water/food for the first half of the race.
Boogie Man 2K Kids Race Starts at the Kincaid Chalet at 12:00 noon.
Volunteers Needed!
Volunteers are needed to help with the Zombie Marathon, Half Marathon, and Kids race on raceday. Contact race director Betty Cronin at: blcronin@gci.net if you can help us out. Races could never happen without volunteers.
Weather and Trail Conditions
The weather might be nice or it might be horrible. The trail may be clear or covered with snow and ice. Either way, these events will be held so you should plan accordingly. Please watch for moose (they can be particularly ornery this time of year). Don't be surprised if you encounter a few zombies crawling out of the woods along the course! Check our weather page.
