Zombie Medal Update
Zombie Run medals will not be available at the Dome on Wednesday evening, November 27. We plan to have them at the Dome next Wednesday, December 4. Out of town Zombie race finishers who did not receive a medal and would like one should contact the club via email at email@example.com with mailing information by December 8, 2013. We will try to get them all mailed out the following week.
When: Saturday, October 12, 2013.
Where: Goose Lake Park
Start Time: Walkers 9:00 AM - Runners 10:00 AM
Course: Start at Goose Lake, run along Chester Creek Trail to Westchester Lagoon. At the lagoon head out the coastal trail toward Kincaid Park. The finish line is at the Kincaid Park Chalet. <Link To Course Map>
Race Entry Fee: ARC Members - $35.00. Non-members - $40.00 Day of Race - $50.00
Race entry fees are nonrefundable
Bib Pick UP Will Be: Monday, October 7, 4:00- 6:30 PM at Bosco's, 2606 Spenard Rd, Anchorage
Thursday October 10th from 4:00-6:30pm at Skinny Raven Downtown, 800 H St.
Raceday at Goose Lake Park before the race.
Medals and T-Shirts for all half marathon runners.
There will be a Pizza party for everyone after the run.
Kids Zombie 2.5K
Location: Kincaid Park Chalet
Start Time: Noon.
Course: Start/Finish line is at the Kincaid stadium. The course will use the cross country trails in the park.
Race Entry Fee: Free
Registration: On line registration is now open. There will also be race day registration from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM at the Chalet.
Race registration is now open for both the kids run and the half marathon. We encourage runners to pre-register if at all possible. It makes it much easier on our volunteers and timers on race day. Runners who are not able to register on line or at one of our bib pick ups can register on race day. The cost to register on race day is $50.
Kid's who are not able to register for the 2.5k fun run on line will be able to register on race day at the Kincaid Chalet.
