Humpy's Marathon
We are pleased that Humpy's Great Alaskan Ale House will be back with us in 2010 sponsoring the marathon, the marathon walk, and the marathon relay. The marathon route will take you alongside Cook Inlet on the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail and then through several parks and greenbelts on the Chester Creek Trail. There were 228 marathon finishers in 2009. This is a beautiful and uncrowded course. Sign up now!
Humpy's Marathon Walk
The marathon walk starts at 8:00 a.m. and participants have approximately seven hours to finish. 13 walkers finished the race in 2009. Sign up now!
Humpy's Marathon Relay
This is a four-person marathon relay. The legs will be approximately 4.85, 7.5, 7.5, and 6.25 miles (we'll get them re-measured before the race!). Get your team organized and register! There were 37 relay teams in 2009 for 148 runners. Sign up now!
Team categories include: Anchorage Convention and Visitors Bureau Cup, Downtown Partnership Trophy, Military/Uniformed Services, Corporate, Family, Open Male, Open Female, Open Mixed Male/Female, Masters Male, Masters Female, and Masters Mixed Male/Female.
Skinny Raven Half Marathon
We are happy to announce that Skinny Raven Sports will again sponsor the half-marathon race. This is the most popular race with some 754 finishers in 2009. Sign up now!
Snow City Cafe 5K
We will have the five-kilometer race again and Snow City Cafe is the sponsor. 458 runners finished this race in 2009. Sign up now!
Children's Hospital at Providence Kid's Fun Run
This is a non-timed fun run for 2010. Kids, parents, and friends are welcome to participate. We estimate that over 150 kids and parents participated in 2009. Sign up now!
